What Uketsugi will not do.

The judgement stays with people.

It does not assess symptoms.
Instead If symptoms come up, it puts the caller through to a veterinarian or takes a callback.
It does not decide whether you can treat a case.
Instead That call is the clinic's. Uketsugi only answers what slots are open.
It does not quote prices on its own.
Instead For cost questions it reads back the wording the clinic registered, word for word.

What changed wasn't the phone. It was exam time.

“I stopped glancing at the phone in the middle of an exam. Now I clear 6 callbacks in one go at lunch.”

Prices are in Japanese yen. Larger clinics and multi-site operations are quoted individually.

Questions clinics ask first.

Can we keep our current phone number?

Yes. You add one forwarding rule to the number you already have, and nothing about the number changes.

We'd rather keep the booking system we use now.

The Connected plan links to the major Japanese booking and patient-record systems. You get the current list of supported systems during the walkthrough.

What happens to a call Uketsugi can't handle?

It switches to a callback on the spot, writes down the request and leaves it in the front-desk list. During opening hours it can transfer straight through to the clinic instead.

Are calls recorded? We're careful about personal data.

Recordings and transcripts are stored on servers in Japan, and each clinic sets its own retention period. The recording notice read to owners is written for you.

Can we cancel if it isn't a fit?

The minimum term is 3 months, after which you can cancel at the end of any month. Your records stay downloadable for 30 days after that.

What happens in the first walkthrough?

We draw the line together: which calls Uketsugi takes, and which ones go back to your team. Tell us the booking system you use and how many people cover the desk, and we sketch the setup on the spot.

You could be running it by tomorrow lunchtime.
